Position: Manager – Accounts
Experience – 10-12 years in a manufacturing unit
Location – Ambala
Qualification – CA / ICWA
Key Responsibilities:
- MIS generation for Plant Accounts
- Monitoring and analysis of Plant related Expenses, suppliers & contractors bills, GL scrutiny & aging reports and coordination with concerned depths. For implementing corrective actions.
- Ensuring timely & accurately completion of monthly closing activities related to Plant accounts.
- Organizing information for quarterly/annual audits as per given formats & timelines.
- Ensuring adherence of DoA applicable to Plant expenses.
- Monitoring adherence to compliances applicable to Plant Accounts.
- Initiating process improvements and digitization projects for Plant Accounts.
- Monitoring adherence to Risk & Control Matric (RCMs) & SOPs related to Plant Accounts
