Preeti Phuskele - Founder & CEO
Pinacolish is founded by “Ms. Preeti Phuskele”. Preeti comes with her rich experience of two decade, in from manufacturing to service industry and also academics. She brings a diverse amount of professional and strategic skills in all aspects of leading a successful business. She has vast Human Resource experience introducing innovative programs and processes related to staffing, training, change management, organizational effectiveness, retention and productivity.
She has edited about 20 books on general management and is a regular contributor of articles on various topics on general management. She is part of various forums and is in connect with Sr. HR professions.
This equips Pinacolish with a strong foundation, producing valuable throughputs.

Dr. Ajit Borde - Director (Trainings)

Ajit Kumar Borde is an alumnus of Indira Institute of Management, University of Pune. He is having a total experience of about 19 years in corporate and academics. His core subject forte being business strategy, marketing, entrepreneurship and research. He has been invited to deliver guest lectures by various management institutes, MSME and startups.
He has been involved in providing consultancy to industries and providing training to corporates. He has also worked on designing and development of product for industrial customer.
Ajit Borde has qualified UGC – NET and completed Ph.D, MBA, B. Pharm Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has published/ presented research papers at national and international forums to his credit.
Sharath Menon - Advisor
Sharath Menon has been activity involved in IT Services. Has handled key positions in Manufacturing, IT and telecom industry. He is also a qualified Enterprise Architect. With an emphasis on excellence and achievement, Sharath provides guidance and leadership to the management team and employees and engages with customers at all levels. He is guiding IT Pinacolish team evaluates projects, performance and progress.
