Required Experience : 3-5 Years in Customer Service and well experienced in IT (Wipro), Manufacturing, Order Management, Food, Packing Industry
Job Role:
- Customer Follow-ups: Handle customer follow-ups, queries, and enquiries efficiently.
- Team Targets: Monitor team performance and KPI, ensuring accuracy of reports and information shared with customers and sales counterparts.
- Order Coordination: Coordinate with customers regarding current and future orders,shipment status, and accounts receivable.
- Order Processing: Enter and process all types of customer orders accurately.
- Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Transaction Management: Ensure correct processing of the entire transaction from order receipt to payment collection.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to customer service and order management metrics.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Complaint Management: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other responsibilities delegated by your supervisor.
