Ex / Sr.Ex Customer Service

One of our prestigious client “Global producer, marketer and provider in FMCG” is looking for  Ex/Sr.Ex Customer Service ” in Pune.

Location : Pune

Required Experience : 3-5 Years in Customer Service and well experienced in   IT (Wipro), Manufacturing, Order Management, Food, Packing Industry

Job Role:  

  • Customer Follow-ups: Handle customer follow-ups, queries, and enquiries efficiently.
  • Team Targets: Monitor team performance and KPI, ensuring accuracy of reports and information shared with customers and sales counterparts.
  • Order Coordination: Coordinate with customers regarding current and future orders,shipment status, and accounts receivable.
  • Order Processing: Enter and process all types of customer orders accurately.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
  • Transaction Management: Ensure correct processing of the entire transaction from order receipt to payment collection.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to customer service and order management metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.       
  • Complaint Management: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other responsibilities delegated by your supervisor.
