Operations Controller

One of our prestigious client “MNC into Engineering Solutions ” is looking “Operations Controller” .

Location : Pune

Education     :  8 – 10 Years

Qualification: CA or CMA (preferably CA), Expert in handling huge data base and reconciliation of aged and critical things in Finance

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage business analysis, cost control, and month-end close process, performing cost analysis and follow-ups on categories like variable costs, depreciation, and FE.
• Analyze deviations between planned and actual costs, proposing actions to minimize them.
• Provide financial data to departments for analysis and control actions.
• Report KPIs (Sales, productivity, inventory, etc.) and explain financial results to the business.
• Collaborate with BU controllers on forecasts, sales, contributions, and fixed costs.
• Work with departments to identify gaps and propose solutions to improve results.
• Manage full cost budget (variable, overhead, fixed production costs, depreciation) and ensure accurate cost center updates.
• Review costing results, inventory valuation, and standard pricing.
• Ensure asset protection and guide operations management on financials to meet return expectations.
• Assist project leaders with AFE preparation, including PDP & DCF models, and project follow-up.
• Oversee Fixed Assets Management, including CAPEX review, forecasting, surplus monitoring, and asset capitalization.
• Analyze and report monthly BU results, including variance and CAPEX spend analysis.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

• ERP Knowledge of SAP
• Power BI
• Expertise in MS Office
• Strong domain knowledge
