Sr. Engineer  – Analytical

One of our prestigious client “500 fortune MNC” is looking for “Sr. Engineer  – Analytical” for  Pune, Baner

Location : Pune, Baner

Qualification:

• Experience range – 4 to 8 Years
• Bachelor’s Degree (Instrumentation, Chemical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG etc. 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Review the full scope of Customer specifications packages and other customer inputs and
• convert customer specifications into well documented, functional technical scope statements ,Follow all departmental and PMO processes.
  • Designs detailed technical solutions for specific customer applications, including sample
• handling / conditioning systems, support structures, power distribution, signal distribution, gas distribution, and interconnecting devices.
  • Delivers technically complete designs on time, meeting Company quality standards
  • Specifies all purchased and fabricated components required to build solutions, including analyzers, submitting bid specifications, releasing components for order, working closely with vendors and procurement teams Prepare enquiry datasheet / material requisition (MR) for long and short lead Analytical system items.
  • Perform all required calculations (pressure drop, sample lag time, Cabinet Heating / cooling, Acid dewpoint, Hydrocarbon Dew Point / bubble point, Phase plots, power load,

Utility consumption, LEL Dilution, wake frequency etc.

• Review sub-vendors quotations, drawings, Sub Vendor offer review and Sub Vendor
• drawings / documents review. Produces project technical variations in a timely manner, addressing required changes in technical scope Pertinent understanding of various Process Gas and Liquid Analytical applications in various industries eg. Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG etc.
  • Effectively interfaces with customers and suppliers for all things technical, including

customer drawing comments and feedback Cooridnates and communcates technical data and its implications with all team members as required Directs and oversees the activities of drafting resources and other engineers as required Works closely with document control to direct and support project technical documentation and certification requirements for all customer, vendor, agency, and fabricator document needs, including creating the document list

• Advises and supports the fabrication team, insuring construction meets all project

requirements

• Performs or coordinates factory internal checkouts and customer FAT (factory acceptance test)
  • Participate in technical design reviews, peer reviews and squad check reviews and provide constructive feedback / comments to the engineering / designing team.
