One of our prestigious client “AUTOMOTIVE OEM”  is looking for “Lead –  Plant Accounts (Manager)’’

Location – Chandigarh

Experience – 15+ years in a manufacturing unit

Qualification – CA / CMA/ MBA/ M.Com

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables –

• Leading Plant Accounts Section including Admin spend, Area Office spend, Payroll, employee Reimbursements

• Controllership function – Ensuring governance and controls for Plant expenses and their effectiveness
• Statutory compliances – Ensuring adherence to applicable compliances
• Data analytics & cost controls – MIS and variance analysis on various parameters with budgetary controls for Plant Expenses, exploring cost savings
• Digitization – Driving digitization  automation of Plant Accounts related processes
• Driving CoEs initiatives – Bank BRS, Officers Single Payroll, Single TAN, Employees expense reimbursement
• Ensuring adherence to Risk & Control Matric (RCMs), SOPs and process assurance guidelines
• Managing various audits – statutory / internal / tax etc. and meeting auditors requirements & settling their queries
• Cash flow management
• Developing talent in the team
