One of our prestigious client “500 Fortune MNC” is looking for “Financial Planning and Analysis-Lead” for Mumbai/Pune .
Location : Mumbai /Pune
Eligibility:
· Chartered accountant (ACA) with at least 10-12 years of progressive experience Financial Planning and Analysis
· MNC experience preferred
· Strong Analytical Skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· At least 2-3 years of experience leading a Team
· Working knowledge in ERP(preferably Oracle) with skills in adopting new technologies or applications and hands on experience with reporting tools (Eg. HFM, Oracle EPM, etc)
· Working knowledge of Percent Complete Accounting practices
· Ability to work in a matrix organization with complex process, systems and tools
Brief Job description:
· Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis for the Business Unit (BU) and lead the actuals and other
· Weekly, month end, quarter end, year end reporting
· Drive the annual planning process for the BU and quarterly forecast process, ensure alignment of business goals and active involvement in relevant discussion with regional, Sales, operation, HR team
· Be a trusted advisor to Business team providing actionable insights to improve decision making, drive profits, support the sales and order plan, and business growth initiatives
· Support business teams on pricing or order assessment as required
· Co-ordinating with multiple functional leaders and team to collect various input
· Ability to collaborate with various function team to implement effective controls across all business processes, avoid adverse impact on revenue, profits, cashflow and ensure correct reporting of financial for management and statutory purposes
· Have good financial acumen to assess Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash Flow movements, track variances vs. plan, identify risk mitigation actions to achieve financial plans and lead FPandA activities for the business.
· Effectively communicate financial performance risks and opportunities to local and regional business and finance leadership team
· Influence critical decisions, drive cross functional collaboration and implement processes that enhance business efficiency and productivity
· Be resilient and be able to act quickly and decisively in constantly evolving situations
· Effectively collaborate with Business, Operations and other functional team for optimum working capital and asset management, Monitoring Inventory, AR, DSO, ITO, Past dues and another Asset
· Management parameters. Driving improvements with the help of relevant stakeholders in those areas.
· Support the Business team on Investment decision
· Participating in various audits from BU finance perspective
· Co-ordinating with AP counterpart answering to various queries timely
· Provide Ad-hoc reports as and when asked by management
Stakeholder Management:
· Working closely with various functional department and business team
· Effective communication with Management Stakeholders for achievement of targets and reduction of risks
· Ability to drive team and provide guidance and support to diverse business / finance team
