Location : Chakan, Pune
Qualification: DME/BE-MECH
Department : PRODUCTION, CNC & MURATEC LINE
Experience: 3-4 Years for BE, 4-5 Years for DME
Roles and responsibility:
1. Production Plan Wise & Shift Wise Manpower Planning, Controlling, Directing.
2. Knowledge of 2D CNC programming & Setting.
3. Knowledge of Tool selection & trouble shooting of tooling.
4. Train, Support & Correct to Operator for Set-Up Change for Smooth Machine Operating.
5. Production Monitoring as per Planning. & achieve OEE As per target.
6. Confirm In process rejection & Final Rejection. Analysis & Report to Shift In charge.
7. Confirm Break Down & Report to Maintenance & Shift In charge.
8. Part Wise Run Best Parameters, Part Wise Validate Set Up Change.
9. Co-Ordination & Support to Development Activities and Documentations.
10. TMP-JH, 5S, EHS, On Job Trainings, Kaizen and Operator Skill Development Activities.
11. Part Identifications, Tagging, Traceability Report etc.
REQUIRED SKILL SET
1. CNC Machine & Operations Knowledge.
2. knowledge of 2D CNC programming & Setting
3. Knowledge of Tool selection & trouble shooting of tooling.
4. Skill of Manpower Planning, Controlling, Directing & Training.
