Planning  Engineer- (EPC/EPCM projects)

One of our prestigious clients “Italian-Argentine multinational corporation)”   is looking for “Planning  Engineer- (EPC/EPCM projects)”, Thane, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules (Level I–IV) using Primavera P6.
• Track progress, update schedules, and perform critical path and float analysis.
• Generate look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.
• Conduct earned value and schedule variance analysis.
• Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction for schedule updates.
• Support change management, time impact assessments, and EOT claims.
• Coordinate with cost control for time-cost integration.
• Identify and assess schedule risks.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 8–12 years of planning experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and project planning techniques.
• Experience with resource- and cost-loaded schedules.
• Strong understanding of EPC lifecycle and WBS.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in engineering
• PMP certification or equivalent (advantageous).
• Experience with Primavera
• Familiarity with Power BI or equivalent dashboard tools.
