Proven track record across India with additional exposure to international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the fiber processing service team across India, ensuring best-in-class support and customer outcomes.
  • Drive and oversee service digitalization initiatives to streamline operations and enhance service reach.
  • Engage with customers at all levels, translating complex needs into actionable service solutions that foster satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Balance service excellence with commercial outcomes, positioning sales as a result of consistent high-value service.
  • Maintain and grow profitable aftermarket sales by identifying new opportunities and optimizing contract performance.
  • Represent the service division in India and in global forums, leveraging international exposure for local improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and executive teams, to align service processes with business objectives.

Experience & Background

  • 10–15 years in service management within capital equipment, process industries, or related sectors.
  • Strong track record in digital transformation of service functions.
  • Handled high-value aftermarket service portfolios with margins exceeding industry benchmarks.
  • Experience engaging customers from operator to executive levels, building trust and strategic partnerships.
  • Pan-India service exposure with capability to manage diverse regional teams; international working exposure is a plus.
  • Based out of Chennai, willing to travel as required.
