Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer with strong expertise in SolidWorks 3D, SolidWorks Composer and a solid background in mechanical design for industrial projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 3D models, detailing of manufacturing drawings and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Draw equipment 3D models, 2D drawing detailing, Equipment GA drawings, Foundation guide drawings, and BOM using SolidWorks.
Make assembly exploded views, interactive bill of material and SVG file generation in SolidWorks Composer. Ensure adherence to industry standards, design standards, drawing standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Educational Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 years relevant industry experience, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and SolidWorks composer. Sound knowledge of industrial design standards and practice. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
