Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive to drive growth in our parking systems portfolio, including smart parking solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical awareness, excellent client-facing skills, and a proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. Expectations from this role is the BDE should proactively interact with architects and consultants to pitch about Wohr existing products, introduce to new products, features and help architects to finalize optimal parking.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, and solution demonstrations to architects ensuring specifications are incorporated in building plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to their technical and operational needs
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and potential project pipelines
- Work in close collaboration with the product and engineering teams to align solutions with market demand
- Maintain accurate Zoho CRM records while forwarding relevant enquiries to concerned area Sales team member
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Experience:
3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or project coordination
Skills:
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and communicate complex mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
