| Required Qualifications | ||||
| Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. | ||||
| 3+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development with a track record of production deployments. | ||||
| Hands-on experience in at least two of the following industries: BFSI, Retail, Industrial, Manufacturing. | ||||
| Strong knowledge of Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. | ||||
| Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including time series, text, and image data. | ||||
| Proficient in designing scalable architectures and data pipelines using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on premises solutions. | ||||

You should be adept at applying AI and ML technologies to solve real-world problems in these verticals, such as fraud detection, demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, and intelligent automation. | ||||||
| Key Responsibilities | ||||||
| Partner with stakeholders across BFSI, Retail, Industrial, and Manufacturing domains to understand business processes, pain points, and opportunities for AI integration. | ||||||
| Translate business objectives into technical strategies, architecture, and proposals for AI/ML solution development. | ||||||
| Design and build end-to-end AI systems, including data collection, preprocessing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring. | ||||||
| Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and production-grade AI applications tailored to industry-specific use cases such as: | ||||||
| BFSI: Credit scoring, fraud detection, customer segmentation, risk modeling. | ||||||
| Retail: Personalization engines, demand forecasting, inventory optimization. | ||||||
| Industrial & Manufacturing: Predictive maintenance, quality inspection, process optimization. | ||||||
| Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to ensure seamless integration of AI components into larger platforms or products. | ||||||
| Continuously monitor model performance and improve system accuracy and efficiency. | ||||||
| Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and AI trends relevant to each industry | ||||||
