Job Details/Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in creating Power BI reports, as well as a solid understanding of Office 365 and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to gather, document, and analyses requirements.
- Present data findings and report outputs clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Power BI Report Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into visual data insights.
- Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability.
- Office 365 & Active Directory Integration:
- Leverage knowledge of Office 365 tools to enhance collaboration and reporting processes.
- Understand Active Directory structures to support data access, permissions, and security needs for reporting solutions.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously review and enhance reporting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of insights.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reporting tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Power BI report development.
- Good understanding of Office 365 ecosystem and Active Directory.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 tenant, Licenses and Services.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and its role in data access and permissions.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools is a plus.
