Experience – 5 + years
Location – Pune
Scope of responsibility: Pan India
Qualification – BE in Mechanical / Electrical / E&TC.
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables –
- Lead generation through various channels including exhibitions, trade shows, industry networking, and digital platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships across various regions in India.
- Coordinate and participate in industry-specific exhibitions and seminars to promote company offerings and generate qualified leads.
- Engage with decision-makers and influencers in target companies to understand their requirements and propose appropriate heat treatment solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to nurture leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Regularly track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and ROI-based solutions.
Skills & Competencies –
- Proven track record in B2B Business Development, preferably in capital goods or industrial equipment sector (furnace/engineering industry experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
