One of our prestigious client “MNC into Global E-Commerce” is looking “Chief of Staff ” .

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to formulate and implement the company’s strategic objectives, business plans, and goals.
• Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Executive Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations, managing schedules, and ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings and engagements.
• Communication: Craft and disseminate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, including speeches, presentations, and memos.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the CEO to inform decision-making.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s vision and goals.
• Team Leadership: Oversee a team responsible for various administrative, project management, and operational functions.
• Problem Solving: Identify challenges and roadblocks, developing and implementing solutions to keep the company on track to meet its objectives.
• Budget Oversight: Assist the CEO in financial planning, budgeting, and expense management.

Technical Skills:

• Team Leadership and Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring they are motivated, aligned with organizational goals, and performing at their best.
• Communication and Presentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear and compelling presentations and documents.
• Technology and E-commerce Platforms: Familiarity with e-commerce technology, platforms, and tools that are relevant to your specific industry, such as online retail, payment gateways, or digital marketing platforms.
• Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to oversee multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
