One of our prestigious client “Automotive OEM” is looking for   “Manager –Customer Quality Assurance’’

Position: Manager –Customer Quality Assurance

Experience – 10-15 Years in Agriculture Tractors, Automotive

Location – Mohali

Qualification – B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Failure analysis & Corrective actions through effective coordination with R&D    ,Sourcing & Mfg.
  • Analyse warranty claim data to identify trends and work on actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize the time bound action for top contributing problems in warranty.
  • Ensure learnings captured from customer in sighting & CFG visits are deployed in product
  • Establish and maintain systems to gather and analyse customer feedback through various channels.
  • Facilitate Faster customer response time through adequate diagnosis & rectification of failures.
  • Ensure continuous reduction of warranty claims & warranty cost
