Position: Manager –Customer Quality Assurance
Experience – 10-15 Years in Agriculture Tractors, Automotive
Location – Mohali
Qualification – B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Failure analysis & Corrective actions through effective coordination with R&D ,Sourcing & Mfg.
- Analyse warranty claim data to identify trends and work on actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize the time bound action for top contributing problems in warranty.
- Ensure learnings captured from customer in sighting & CFG visits are deployed in product
- Establish and maintain systems to gather and analyse customer feedback through various channels.
- Facilitate Faster customer response time through adequate diagnosis & rectification of failures.
- Ensure continuous reduction of warranty claims & warranty cost
