One of our prestigious client “500 fortune MNC” is looking for “Service Center Leader” for its Talegaon, Pune .

Experience: 10 years
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent technical Experience).
- 10+ years of experience in service center management, calibration, or repair services within the industrial automation industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and calibration standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, NABL accreditation).
- Experience with Oracle ERP, Depot repairs management software, and calibration tracking systems.
Key Points: –
- Knowledge of Flow technologies, especially Coriolis meters since those are the primary calibration equipment
- Knowledge of ISO 17025 and NABL standards
- Experience setting up a new operation and managing material flows within the Plant
- Setting up the necessary business systems to handle Calibration (customer owned inventory), repair, Parts and Customer paid training
- Understanding of services that FCRI and other competitors provide today and how we can differentiate
- Certification in Metrology, Calibration, or Quality Management (e.g., ASQ CCT, ISO 17025 Auditor).

Customer Service:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored service solutions.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians, engineers, and support staff.
- Ensure training programs to enhance technical skills and customer service capabilities are in place.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Financial Management:
- Manage the service center budget, controlling costs while maximizing efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring the availability of necessary tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and upselling additional services.
Compliance & Improvement:
- Analyze service data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process improvements to enhance service quality and reduce downtime.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
