One of our prestigious client “Automotive OEM” is looking for Specialist – EV CV Electrical Vehicle Integration

Position: EV CV Electrical Vehicle Integration

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Pune

Education: Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics / E&TC, having knowledge in Electric vehicle and its energy systems/ machines etc

Role Responsibilities:

1. Layout and packaging of parts in vehicle DMU considering all aspects of functionality, assembly (DFA) / serviceability (DFS).
2. PLM (Teamcenter) release activity at various vehicle stages & UG NX 2D,3D handling, drawing preparation & review
3. Support vehicle programs through the entire life cycle including; design, prototype builds, vehicle test and production.
4. Understanding of vehicle electrical architecture & support for preparation of circuit diagram at vehicle system level
5. Co-ordination with various cross functional teams for testing, Homologation, vehicle batches (Proto, Pilot, SOP), Plant, service
6. Handling diagnostics (CAN log analysis) & flashing
7. Technical document preparation for Diagnostic manual, various standard operating procedure, Homologation requirement documents

Competencies:

Technical/ Functional

1. Good understanding of basic theories and design concepts of different electronics and electrical components used in EVs.
2. Software skills : CAD , UG NX or equivalent
3. Experience with Product Lifecycle Management.
4. Know-how of applicable standards/ regulations and their application for EVs
5. Knowledge of vehicle harness design considerations, wire size selection, power connectors & vehicle electrical insulation requirements etc.
6. Specific Expertise
7. Product Lifecycle Management tool (E.g. Teamcenter)
8. CAD , UG NX or equivalent
9. Experience in EV electrical architecture & vehicle Integration
