One of our prestigious client is looking for “Sr.Data Scientist” in Dubai.

Position: Sr.Data Scientist

Location : Dubai

Experience:

8 to 10 years overall IT industry experience out of which last 5 years should be in ML & AI solutions engineering and implementation

Job responsibilities and expectations.                                                                                                                                   

• Partner with stakeholders across BFSI, Retail, Industrial, and Manufacturing domains to understand business processes, pain points, and opportunities for AI integration.                                                                                                                                                                        
• Translate business objectives into technical strategies, architecture, and proposals for AI/ML solution development.                                                                                                                                                                  
• Design and build end-to-end AI systems, including data collection, preprocessing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.                                                                                                                                                                       
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and production-grade AI applications tailored to industry-specific use cases                                                                                                                                                                            
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to ensure seamless integration of AI components into larger platforms or products.                                                                                                                                                                            
• Continuously monitor model performance and improve system accuracy and efficiency.                                                                                                                                                                
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and AI trends relevant to each industry                                                                                                                                                                           
• Hands-on experience in at least two of the following industries: BFSI, Retail, Industrial, Manufacturing.                                                                                                                                                                   
• Strong knowledge of Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.                                                                                                                                                                     
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including time series, text, and image data.                                                                                                                                                                  
• Proficient in designing scalable architectures and data pipelines using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on premises solutions.                                                                                                                                                                  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.         

Key Considerations                                                                                                                                                                        

• 8 to 10 years overall IT industry experience out of which last 5 years should be in ML & AI solutions engineering and implementation                                                                                                                                                                             
• Candidate should have spent at least 3 years in every organisation he or she worked.                                                                                                                                                                      
• Credible track record and consistent end to end solutions engineering capability demonstration.                                                                                                                                                                               
• Candidates will be based and should be willing to work in Dubai.                                                                                                                                                                               
• Ability to work directly with end customers is a must. Having worked through resellers, SIs, any other similar RTMs in the similar domain is an added advantage.                                                                                                                                                                         
• An IT related or Engineering tertiary qualification is preferred.                                                                                                                                                                   
• Certifications from solution providers/vendors relevant to the portfolio handled and independent certifications in the respective domains will be considered an advantage.
