One of our prestigious client “MNC into Packaging ” is looking for  Supervisor  Jr. Officer – HR’’

Location – GOA, Verna

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in the HR Department

 

Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA–HR preferred)

 

 

Job description:

 

Ø  Recruitment:

  • Co-ordinate with manpower consultants for receiving resumes.
  • Notify vacancies to employment exchange.
  • Maintain data bank of job applications.
  • Arrange for interviews.
  • Complete joining formalities for new recruits.
  • Prepare Offer/appointment letters of new recruits.

Ø  Training:

  • Maintain induction training reports.
  • Coordinate employee participation in training programs.
  • Update training calendar and training records in the system.
  • Maintain training feedback forms and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Update skill matrix records every six months (July & January)

Ø  Payroll Management:

  • Share data of new joiners and resigned employees with the third-party payroll processor.
  • Provide salary input files for both Goa and Baddi locations for salary processing.
  • Perform the first check of wage register, bank statements, and cheque statements for both locations.
  • Maintain salary records and process final settlements.

Ø  Performance Management:

  • Issue appraisal forms to respective employees.
  • Calculate performance ratings.
  • Issue confirmation / increment / promotion letters.

Ø  HR MIS:

  • Update manpower records-staff and workers.
  • Maintain personal files of employees.
  • Track and report monthly attrition, headcount, and other HR activities.
  • Prepare Issue salary / service certificates.

Ø  Insurance:

  • Ensure new employees are covered under medical and personal accident policies.
  • Delete separated employees from insurance coverage and settle their claims.
  • Submit and follow up on medical claims with the insurance company.

Ø  Employee Engagement

  • Organize activities such as birthday celebrations, safety week, and employee competitions.

Ø  Statutory compliances

  • Filing PF/ESIC Challans
  • Updating Statutory Registers

Ø  Competencies:

ESSENTIAL : Proficient in MS excel, Word, Power point.

                       Knowledge of latest statutory/Labour laws
