Team Leader – CAE

One of our prestigious client “MNC into Engineering Solutions” is looking for “Team Leader – CAE” in Pune.

Location : Pune

Experience: 5-10 Years

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (M.E./MTech. preferred)
• Excellent understanding of FEA fundamentals
• Sound knowledge of dynamics, durability & strength of materials
• 5+ years FEA (Nastran, Abaqus, PISDYN, ENGDYN, VALDYN)
• Experience in Engine domain (Powertrain, Valvetrain, Engine Head-Block, Durability, Engine Components Dynamic Analysis etc.)
• 3+ years dynamics (Realis, AVL, GT) experience

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Proposal writing, Client liaison and reporting
• Manage, build and develop a skilled and motivated team
• Manage projects ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality objectives
• Train and develop junior staff
• Solve a wide variety of engineering problems using advanced analysis tools and techniques
• Develop industry leading modelling and analysis techniques
