Location – Delhi / Jaipur / Bangalore / Pune

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, Diploma

Experience :  2-8 years

Preferred Industry:- IT Hardware, Data Networking

Sales Background Required  :-    Industries, Govt Department, Data Centers, Institutional, B2B, Corporate

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Achieve sales targets across all product categories with a focused approach in all market segments, including government projects, while driving collections aggressively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, public sector undertakings, and related entities, ensuring timely product approvals and compliance with procurement processes.
  • Identify and expand into new markets and geographies, including government and institutional sectors, through focused business development initiatives.
  • Strategically position and establish new products while consolidating the market share of existing offerings.
  • Understand customer needs, including government-specific requirements, and offer tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and build strong relationships with major customers, agents, architects, specifiers, and builders.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, pricing, and schemes, providing actionable insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Plan and execute promotional strategies, such as participation in exhibitions, fairs, and government-organized events, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government tender requirements while driving daily sales outstanding (DSO) to expected levels.
  • Demonstrate expertise in government procurement processes, excellent communication, and relationship management skills, working effectively in a target-driven environment.
